What the heck are these?

Sorry for the bad picture. Its in the bacl of my tank in. A small cave. Only spot they seem to appear, what the heck is all this? What's creating it?

Sorry. The little brown things all over the sabd bed. They come and go. So Idk if they are alive or what

Hard to tell, but they look like flat worms....can't tell what type.

Ill have to see if I can scoop them up with a bit of sand and get a picture outside the tank
