What the heck are these?

Bought new candy cane and when I was dipping it there are like 2 holes in the middle of 2 heads and have what looks like a mini Feather duster popping in and out. My video won’t load to post but here are a couple pictures from it on the right side 2 heads one picture it is inside one popping out.Good or bad? barnacle, wierd alien life forum?

Yup, barnacle. Won't hurt the coral (more than they've already done). Will probably survive for a few months, depending on how clean you keep your water.
