Only one algae has this appearance - Is dino . . . BUT, rest of tank does not appear to be covered and my guess is your lights are lacking intensity or kept low and you have coral expelling zooxanthellae which is what you see and you want to siphon it with a small tube and increase white intensity a little to ppromote reproduction of zooxanthellae which is the feeding block for coral color and growth
 
Its not coming out of a coral and it doesn’t go away at night!
