Hi Randy,
This is what has formed in the last month or so and it is growing in my sump after the baffle in the chamber and also in the return pump chamber, and now it is also forming on some of the rock work in the display. I was thinking it may be due to an imbalance of the calcium, alkalinity and magnesium and forming a precipitate. It's soft, dough like consistency, and opaque in color. See attached photo. my parameters are as follows on 7/22/19: ALK 8.7 dkh, Ca 422, Mag 1395, PH 8.0- 8.1, . Any ideas or solutions would be appreciated.
Thank You
