What the heck is THIS thing?!

Found it up against the glass this morning, it extends a dark worm like tube and feels around. Definitely tried to get away when I dug it out.
Is this thing safe? Or should I get rid of it?
It's currently in quarantine right now

No, most Sipuncula are either male or a female.

EDIT: I returned the worm to the substrate and it immediately buried back down [emoji4] glad I could leave it in the tank!
