what the heck is this??!?

Was doing some looking around my tank after lights off and found this thing! Wrapped around 2 of my snails. Tried to take pics for you all but didn’t want to risk losing is so I grabbed it. What is it!!?!?

Looks like a flatworm.

Polyclad flatworm remove them. Diet mostly small inverts, clams and snails, or scavenging on dead animals.
