Anyone recognize this really weird worm looking thing?

They good or bad? Never heard of it!

Definitely beneficial. They are detritivores (eating waste and uneaten food).

If you see an abundance of them, that might mean you are overfeeding, but not many people seem them increase in numbers too much.
