I see colonial tunicates, feather duster, and maybe the white stuff is sponge.

It’s all one piece. It’s been attached to this zoo plug for 2 months. The thing sticking up in the middle can stretch itself out and I noticed it grabbed a piece of sand today thinking it was food.
