I made a diy frag rack for my ZOA's to bring them back to life, it worked! But about 10 min ago I took them off to glue them on the rock and in the bottom part of the bottle is a shrimp looking thing I thought it was one of the frozen myssis I fed earlier until it started moving and swimming? Sorry but its not letting me upload a photo but should I be worried or is it good and be released back into the tank? Cheers

Google pods in reef tank. See if it matches any type of pod.

I edited my above. It gives you more pics by just using pods.

Yep looked like a copepod sorry I should have looked it up before posting just caught me off guard on how big it is. I put it in the tank and as it was free my clowns decided to rip it to shreds :/ must have looked like the myssis to them

No...I had some early on that freaked me out. They were very large. Never hurts to ask!

Thanks bud. Its cause I found a huge bristle worm yesterday and I thought it was one of those fire ones that are bad? But was just a normal one. I'm new to reefing so I've never really had hitchhikers in my fw tanks its been really what I've put in lol. I'm only 16 and all the research I've done on reefing has been on this site and I think its 10x better than the internet tanks been going near 4 months and doing great corals have doubled in size so has my female clown and coral beauty is happy too. No losses yet. Thanks again

Copepods are natural food for all fish.

large ones are like candy to my wrasses.
Witnessed it first hand its like those videos on YouTube of catch and relese fish getting released with the guy saying "be free buddy" and a bigger fish sweeps it up poor guy

You can ask anything on my thread! I may not have the answer, but somebody there will. There are 2 young guys on there all the time. You're more than welcome.
