Ignore my clown he’s a camera hog. So I did a water change and siphoned out gha that was growing on my sand. Once removed this **** was underneath it and the string go deep in the sand. What is it?

They look like tube worms of some sort - and are 'harmless' in general
 
PS in my tank they are encased in white sand - so they are not 'dark'. I suppose though they could be some kind of vermatid - but again highly doubt that
 
Looks like something I had. Thought it was detritus settling but looks like it had a worm shape. Vacuum my sand in that corner and added another wave maker. Haven't seen lately.

I already have a sump pumping 250gp in the middle at the top also an additional wave maker 300gph on one corner in the low side and on the other end in the corner middle I have another 250gph wave maker. Another wouldn’t help but I could move them in better spots maybe
