What's the size on it? Can you put like a dime or something next to it? lol Kind of looks like a pod of sorts, but...huge? I can't tell how big that grain on the wood is

Looks like an amphipod, or something similar.
Good guy! Eats algae and is a fish food. You probably have hundreds.

That's what I think it looks like too, or similar, just looks enormous in the picture lol Macro shot maybe?

Its a very large amphipod which fish and coral eat but this is a big boy

It is hard to get a scale reference without anything to go off but as others said it’s likely an amphipod. They’re great! My butterfly fish likes to hunt them in the rocks and it’s a nice addition to his diet. Your fish will keep their population in check. They’re good guys
