Besides the pods two worm looking things came out when I put the light on and they moved fast any ideas. ? Bad pics I know

When you said bad pics you mean't it lol. Are they on the glass or the rock? If they're on the glass, likely some type of detritus-eating roundworm. If it's on the rock, most likely a baby bristle worm.

Wow !!! I saw Dino’s on the rock , looked again and saw the white worm lol !!

Those appear to be worms. That's about all I can say from those photos.

Try catching them with a turkey baster next time. Probably fine- baby bristleworm or the like.
