So I got a zoa rock and while diping it a bunch of worms and stuff came out. But I noticed this dude attached to the rock. It kinda looks like a snail? Not totally sure its alive still either

Not sure the scientific name but they are a good hitch hiker and multiply fast. I think to think of them as free cuc!

Yeah I have about 20 in my tank from them hitch hiking and breeding and they really pack a punch with the algea.
Do they do anything with hair algae?

Not that I've seen but it helps with film algea. Do you have a gha outbreak?
Yeah, it does look more brown but I have two turbos and a long spine urchin and they seem to be making headway on it!

Would need to see it open to confirm as it looks like a conch snail also
Stomatella if it is looks like below when open and is about the best algae eater but not for GHA. For GHA would astrea-turbo-cerith-fighting conch- ninja star and pencil urchins
