what the heck is wrong with the Nero 3? Second one making noise

First one made a clicking sound when it was on high speed this one makes a clicking sound when it’s on low speed even worse.

The video isn't working for me, but I have had one of mine make clicking noises and just hate to take it apart and clean it monthly while my 2nd one never makes noise clean or dirty.

This is brand new. Already took it apart nothing to clean. Seems they are having some type of factory defect as this is the second one that did this. My original is dead silent except for the slight whirr at full power and has never been cleaned
