What the heck Mobius- Mp10 issue

Hi reefers,

I thought checking out and seeing what the new Mobius app was all about would be a good thing. Wrong.
I downloaded the app and it found my two MP10s it said they needed an update so I clicked okay. They updated and got kicked off my apex. I have a WXM module for my apex and had the pumps running great on their schedules. Now the apex cannot find them. It says they are missing and I have only the return pump for flow in my tank.
I have tried updating the WXM module. I don’t see how to Relink it to the MP10s.
Please help me! Needs some flow in the tank.

Just giving this a bump. If anyone has a tip please let me know. I cannot find anything online about this.
 
This is possibly related to the decoupling of Neptune and Ecotech. The WXM module is no longer going to be supported by Neptune if you Ecotech devices are upgraded to support Mobius.

Ugh! Why am I not surprised I can't find anything relating to the announcement outside of the Neptune video. When I find it I'll post back.

Found it! New firmware disables the WXM communication with your Ecotech devices.

You can rollback the update through the mobius app/Ecosmart live, though the article isn't very clear on that roll back.

Well nothing with this app works as far as I can tell.
I followed the video to a T and tried to downgrade the Firmware to put it back on my apex how it was before. About halfway througvh the downgrade... fail. I got this failure message for both pumps.
So... I called Echotech. No representatives were available to assist. I left a message.
I reopened the Mobius app and it said the pumps needed to be “upgraded” again so I figured “oh maybe it did work”. Nope. The apex and WXM programing was a box of rocks and got noooowhere.
Not wanting to go without pumps I figured I would try “ re upgrading” the pumps as I did before thinking I could at least use the Mobius app to get them working again.
One pump did update and is working on the app now. The second. Update fail. I retried multiple times with the second pump. It always fails in the “radio” part of the update at the same spot. Also in the pump selection it has two rings in the top right corner. The other one did not have this. See image below. I’m not sure if this has something to do with it.
This whole thing super frustrating. Garrrr

I am running into the exact same issue. Did you ever fix this and what was the solution?

Echotech finally returned my message after about a week and said the radio in my unit was bad and they sent me a replacement after a few weeks. Mailed them back the old and that was that.
