What the.... something I have never seen before (ID inside)

I have no clue what these are but they glow/fluoresce under a uv flashlight and they expand/retract and wiggle like a worm would.

Any help is appreciated.

Looks like digitate hydroids. I've had them and they eventually just go away on their own.
