What is:
Tank temperature?
Salinity (my suspect)
Ph?
Type of water flow?
Ammonia and nitrate level?

these onlyrequire moderate light and water flow and a little iron and iodine in their water.
Salinity range 1.024-1.026
Temperature 77-79
Ph 8.0-8.3

I'm guessing flatworm in the Family Pseudocerotidae

What do you think @KJ

It almost looks like a starry flatworm. I am on my phone at the airport so hard to tell lol.
Finally got the video to work. That is a flatworm for sure. Not sure of the type, but does resemble a starry flatworm.

If you can remove it and put it a tub to take better pics under normal light, I can probably ID it for you.

Also, when placing in the tub of tank water, set it at the very top of the water then let go, it may try to swim. If it does, report that as well, as some flatworms can not swim and other can. This will help to narrow down which flatworm it is.
