You may have not been active on r2r long enough. There is a required number of posts or amount of time on the forum needed to be able to post listing if I remember correctly.

Yep, you need 25 meaningful posts and at least 30 days as a member.....right from our Terms of Service:

Our for sale/trade forums are offered as a benefit of membership and members must have 25 posts and must have been a member 30 days prior to placing an item in this section.
