Then leave it a year and go for the Diamond Goby or Scooter ‘Blenny’, however you’ll only be able to have one as the other will likely starve (More likely to end up with the ‘Watchman’ starving the ‘Blenny’). Then add the Tang.
Also, why haven’t you got a wrasse gang? Everyone needs one of those

Personally I’d do Atleast 5 wrasses of different species. In a 75G tank I believe you have a 48”x24”x16” tank right? You could definitely get Atleast 3-4 wrasses in there
They only group up as juveniles. Kind of like ‘Safety in numbers’ but as they age, they all pair off and find their own long spine urchins to hang out in. Groups don’t really work in captivity and it’s because of this reason of them only grouping as juveniles.
