Report them. At the bottom of every post there are a few options, one of them is "report" click this, a box will pop up asking why it is being reported, give a brief description, then click report. The Moderation Team will take care of it when it is brought to our attention.

we can also mail them a frag rock as a ruse which is secretly laden with neomeris annulata, for lessons learned! not really but hope they quit/resolve that's rare here

I dont know about you, but I've been into aquariums for four years. It's a loner hobby. It attracts those with cluster B personalities. Particularly, Machiavelli type guys who love control. A hobby like this is their type of thing. Percision, discipline, beauty. I feel for you. Also, following your build (how I saw this).
