What to do when cycling

I’m a week into cycling and excited about the hobby. Any suggestions on what to do while I’m waiting? I’ve learned about best nano fish, clean-up crews, and a little about water parameters. Thought and suggestions welcome.

Welcome! Just a lot of research and waiting. I made plans about what fish and coral I'd like. I'd recommend checking out other people's reefs and videos to see what you like and what jumps out to you. And also to learn more about common issues, how to avoid them and what to do so you're ready!

I spent my time organizing my sump area and cables. I also ran water tests for ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and phosphates almost every day. Probably overkill but it helped me see progress.
