i started up a second tank and put all of my zoa frags in there, added a couple fish. A few weeks later I added another fish and within a few days everything came down with what I believe was velvet and I wasn’t able to save them sadly. I’ve just been running the tank with the zoa frags in it because I’m afraid to add them back to my main DT. How long should I wait or is there anything I can do as far a dip goes to make the frags safe ? Thank you

6 weeks for velvet to starve out without a fish to feed & reproduce; 76 days for Ich to starve out. Feed the corals as normal for the duration.

Yep^^^ Agree 100%. Brook also requires a 6 week fallow.
