What to do with only 1 reactor?

Hi, I have an algae reactor that I built myself with a Aquamaxx reactor using chaeto, but after numerous failed attempts I'm giving up on the algae reactor. I was wondering what would be the best use that I could give it. I have a long 60g with a Fluval 50 and an Aqueon Quietflow 50 for filtration (not enough room inside the stand for a sump, only 10in wide). My parameters are as follow; ph 7.8 - 8.0, Cal 480, Alk 9.5, Phosphate 0, Nitrate 0, Nitrite 0, gravity 126. I don't have a Mag tester. The tank has been set up for 13 months. Mix reef with only 2 clowns, a wrasse, few frags, 2 rock anemones, and the average cuc.

You can always use it for carbon for more cleaner water or gfo if phos start to creep.

For now run carbon. If or when you po4 increases add some gfo as well.
