What to do?

I remember seeing something similar on this before but I didn’t feel like scanning through a bunch of threads to find it. My nem is twisted at the base. What should I do?

My anemone is twisting at the base. Is this normal?

Came home to see the anemone all twisted up. He's only been in the tank for about 2 weeks now. This is my 1st anemone and I'm not sure if this is normal behavior.
