What to do ?

Hi, I've noticed small bunches of hydroids on 3/4 of my zoanthid frags. Should i move them off of the rock? frag rack? scrub them off? any help would be greatly appreciated.
Is there a large chance of them spreading on contact to my rock?
I don't want a huge breakout of these things.
I've reduced feeding now to once every other day, and stopping reef roids for a bit. Tank params are perfect
