What have you guys fed to a rainford goby?. I knew they were a little hard to feed when i bought it. He seems to be picking pods from the sand and rock. I have rods foods, bloodworms and mysis. Should i try fish eggs if it does not feed. Or culture brine shrimp? My tank is a 29g thats been up for about 14 months, so i have a good amount of pods for it. Im pretty sure its a captive bred

Live brine shrimp and live black worms usually get a feeding response from most fish. You can mix in frozen brine with the live to get the fish to switch. fish eggs are also a good first non live food to try. Weirdly I have found some picky eaters but will take flakes and pellets before frozen. Try pe mysis flakes and sustainable aquatics hatchery pellets (brs sells these I would try the larger size). Experiment with feeding with flow on, low and off (flow usually helps entice a fish to eat a moving target).

good luck!
