What I call med random flow. Not so hard it blows the coral to the other side of a bare bottom tank in a split second, but strong enought to push it to the other side after about 5 min. Its hard to describe. But pushed one way then the other is a good thing.



. I target target feed some frozen on occasion, but mainly just let it catch whatever I'm feeding the tank (typically brine, mysis). I have an auto feeder (Avast Marine Plank) that runs a few times/day with freeze dried plankton, I'm away from the tank for a week at a time regularly and this is its progress:
