What to feed each type of pod

I have tisbe, tig, apocyclops. Then a mystery culture from a bottle of a mix of tig tisbe and apocyclops. Which specie would win out on that culture?

Also what do you feed each type? I am feeding nano phyto but would a specific species benefit from powder spirulina or fish food flakes? My apocyclops are slow to culture. I wonder if it’s the nano?

I know phyto. But I read Tisbe does better on tetra than nanno? Some prefer fish food?

It's best to mix up multiple species of phytoplanktons as they all contain different DHA/EPA. Coral food as a supplement can be added as well but that's just a once in a while type deal and not their main diet
