What to feed for faster growth

Is pellets the best food to feed for a faster growth? Flakes? Frozen? Also any reviews on the reef nutrition mysis feast refrigerated food? Same quality as frozen?

Any kind of food, but I feed frozen and live food as it's all important not how fast you fish grow but how long they stay alive by immunity, if you can do that growth comes by itself.
