I added a CUC (trochus and cerith snails, shrimp, conch) a couple of weeks ago to address my algae.

Well, they have done an awesome job. The rock and sand is beautiful and clean.

Now what? I love these guys and I'm concerned, particularly for the snails. I don't want them to slowly starve to death. Should I add some nori seaweed or other veggies to the tank for them? If so, how much?

When you added them, I assume you had a food/algae source in place?
Nori and algae tabs MAY supplement them but not their actual requirements

I just had a ton of algae everywhere. I figured the CUC would reduce it, not obliterate it. Perhaps setting up a separate small tank/bucket using water change water to cultivate algae for the CUC would be in order? What would I need? A light, circulation pump, a little flake food to feed the algae? Then just occasionally harvest some and add it to my DT?
