What to feed to fish?

Reef Frenzy and Pe mysis along with seaweed delight were the 3 I started with.

Rod's Original Blend has a good mixture of "seafood" and algae (Ingredients - Whole Shrimp, whole squid, whole oyster, whole clam, whole octopus, perch, scallop, krill, Pacific plankton, brine shrimp, fish eggs, green seaweed, certified raw red seaweed, broccoli, carrot, mini-pellets, baby brine shrimp, rotifers, astaxanthin, beta-carotene, garlic, and omega-3 fatty acids (DHA)) and I use it for a variety of fish and corals.

You can also go to the grocery store and get Nori for your herbivores. I feed that and rinsed thawed mysis. I rinse because they have tons of phosphates in the liquid they are froze in. My understanding is pellets are much more nutrient dense so you have to feed less. I enjoy watching them eat so that's why I feed from frozen and dried seaweed.

I have all three types of fish you mentioned. I do frozen mysis shrimp and put a sheet of seaweed on a veggie clip. All my fish have become acustom to the mysis shrimp over time.
