So I am trying to nail down my exact QT method. In the past, I used TTM in conjuncture with Prazipro. As long as the fish looked good and was eating after TTM and Prazipro I moved them to the display. I know everyone recommends moving the fish into a qt tank for a minimum 2 weeks of observation after ttm. I haven’t done this as the fish typically appears strong, healthy and happy when coming out of ttm. If I move the fish to a qt tank for 2 additional weeks, what should I be looking for? If the fish is doing well coming out of ttm, is there great risk in adding it to the display?

Any behaviors such as swimming into the flow of a power head, flashing, etc.

Physical abnormalities such as hazy or cloudy eyes, anything resembling bacterial infections, abnormal growths, redness or discoloration, open sores, etc.

I'm sure there is more but that would be a good start!

Remember TTM does not treat velvet.
