Hi all I currently have a biocube 32 with the stock filter and have some foam, carbon, and ceramic rings in it. I want to upgrade to the intank design soon and have some ideas what to put in it. I was thinking of their filter floss on the top shelf and then chemi pure blue on the next shelf and on the last rack maybe keep my ceramic rings? I don’t know the best filter media to put with chemi pure blue and the filter floss and any help would be appreciated! Thanks

If you have liverock and sand in the display, there is no need for the ceramic media.

I would keep the carbon and foam pad in until you get the hang of things.

I converted my biocubes rear into a refugium followed by a media basket to help catch the debris.

If you set up the tank right there should be no need for additional biofilteration in the rear nor chemical filteration.

Simple mechanical filteration and maaaaybe the need for a fuge depending on bioload.

I like the rings and bio ceramic materials myself.
You can deff upgrade the carbon to chemi pure elite when its done and used up.

Water change maybe?
Skimmer?

Skimmer would be hard on those aio enclosed bio cubes but doable.
