hello everyone,

So i have 80-90 gallon system, that consist of 20g frag tank, 40g DT and 25 g sump,

So in my sump i have a little section where i place polyfilter and some carbon, so that water can run through it,

I know its not the most effective way so i got a phosban 150,

I put a T in my return line so i dont hve to rum a whole another pump,

I do have decent amount of fuge with caluerpa and chaeto thats keeping my phosphate 0 and nitrate 0 according to my api test kit.

My question is,

What should i run in this reactor?

I tried to eun chemi pure blue but iranroo small, and it go thru the foam thing.

So should i do carbon, gfo, phosban, biopellets Or whatever you guys recommend

In my opinion I wouldn't run anything just to use it. Do you have a specific issue? I'm not an expert at all, many more knowledgeable people than I am here, so maybe what I'm saying is wrong but unless your are trying to correct a specific problem why run a reactor at all? But maybe I misunderstood the question...

So now media at all!?

I'm not saying that...my point was don't run media in a reactor just because you think it's cool or someone else did it or you read about it somewhere...only run what you feel your tanks NEEDS...in other words, what issues are you having that make you feel the need to run a reactor?

if your nitrates and phosphates are zero the only thing you can run would be carbon.

Also, if nitrates and phosphates truley are zero you might want to bump them up to slightly detectable.

I dont know how to bring them up!?

I have been over feeding like crazy and it wont go up
