What to test for if you have soft corals?

Hi im going to have a reef nano tank. I was wondering if i should test for anything besides phosphates and nitrates after adding soft corals. Thanks

Salinity - and measure or infer your PAR at bottom and middle of tank

on my softie tank, I primarily monitor PO4, NO3 & temp.

I would probably occassionally check kh anyway, but think you would be fine testing phosphate/nitrate.
