My ph is low its at 7.70 and I know it should be 8.0-8.3. And I have always had a problem keeping it up what do I use to raise my ph only because the rest of my params are good. I use Red Sea pro test kits and a digital ph probe and I just Recalibrated it and still the same

Sal- 1.025
Alk-11 kh
Ca- 450
N03- 10
Po4- .2
Mg- 1390

Outside air and see if that helps
There are many ways to test for excess co2

You can also use "baked" baking soda to bring it up, if outside air alone doesn't work.

FWIW, there is not, and can not possibly be, an additive that raises pH and does not also raise alkalinity.

pH is determined mathematically by the alkalinity and the carbon dioxide level. Almost never is low pH caused by low alkalinity alone, so the cause is excess OC2, which can be in the water only, but most often is coming from your home air.

So to raise pH you need to reduce CO2 somehow.

Bringing in fresh air to the room is one way, and bring it from outside just to a skimmer inlet is another. A CO2 scrubber on a skimmer inlet also works.

When you need alkalinity, using a high pH additive helps. Limewater (kalkwasser) is the best in that regard. Second best is using an additive that has carbonate as the primary ingredient, such as sodium carbonate (washing soda, baked baking soda, etc.). It has about half of the pH raising effect per unit of alkalinity as does limewater.

I was using kalk in my top off water but my all was up around 12-14 kh witch was way to high I thought

So there's nothing you can do beyond that with an additive, so reducing the CO2 is all the remains.

It's probably too cold to open windows, but bringing an airline from outside to the skimmer inlet can help.
