FWIW, there is not, and can not possibly be, an additive that raises pH and does not also raise alkalinity.
pH is determined mathematically by the alkalinity and the carbon dioxide level. Almost never is low pH caused by low alkalinity alone, so the cause is excess OC2, which can be in the water only, but most often is coming from your home air.
So to raise pH you need to reduce CO2 somehow.
Bringing in fresh air to the room is one way, and bring it from outside just to a skimmer inlet is another. A CO2 scrubber on a skimmer inlet also works.
When you need alkalinity, using a high pH additive helps. Limewater (kalkwasser) is the best in that regard. Second best is using an additive that has carbonate as the primary ingredient, such as sodium carbonate (washing soda, baked baking soda, etc.). It has about half of the pH raising effect per unit of alkalinity as does limewater.
