Tank has been up and running for about 6 months now, i understand diatoms takes over at a certain point but this stuff ive never seen before and it will not go away.
My parameters are the following
PH-8.2
Salinity- 1.025
MG-1450
CA-445
DKH- 9.0
Temp-79
im waiting on the phosphate testing kit to come in the mail.
I've cut back on the whites, cut back the entire lighting cycle and not much has changed, I have tried phosgaurd and it does help within the first couple days but then this stuff just takes over again.
Pretty sure its ticking off my hammer coral because its not coming out as much anymore
There is plenty of flow in the tank as ive tried moving the power head around to see if it was a flow issue
