What type of algae am I looking at here?

So these pictures are from the 10g that I currently have my small warty frogfish in.

The tank is almost 3 months old at this point. Took a little over a month to fully cycle. Tank was seeded with a couple pieces of live rock from my main display (which is nuissance algae free) and some media from my sump. I also used some Fritz turbostart.

Currently I'm reading very low nitrates (0-5ppm depending on when I last fed the corals reef roids) and 0 phosphate using an API kit. I haven't gotten around to a Hanna checker for phosphate yet, waiting until after Christmas.

I do not use RODI on either tank currently. We have a well with clean water and I've had no issues with any of my previous tanks.

I've cycled all of my tanks the same way but only having issues with this one. The only difference was dry CaribSea dand instead of live sand.

It looks like it could be bryopsis, but I've never seen it first hand. I've only ever had GHA issues during the cycle in previous tanks.

Regardless of what type of algae it is, what can I do to get rid of it? It's clearly ticking off some of my corals. I've tried to toothbrush scrub, it doesn't work. Just shreds it and kicks it up into the water column. I've got some astrea snails in there that seem to be munching on some of it, but it doesn't seem phased.

Prior to this the tank went through a 3 day brown diatom bloom. When I woke up on the 4th day the rocks were "clean". This algae started on 12/16.

I've included my lighting schedule for the Prime I'm running. Slightly modified AB+. Peaks at 12:30 and starts to ramp down at 7:30.
