What type of Algae is this? Keeps coming back!

Any idea what type of algae this is? It keeps growing around the top of this one coral. I have 1:1 peroxide dipped multiple times, scrubbed and scraped and it always comes back within a week or so.

I’ve placed snails right on it as well but they don’t touch it.

Green hair possibly? Maybe snails don’t touch it because it’s grown to long?

I just had a little issue like that I used chemical clean Cyrano treatment that completely wiped all of it away
