Hi,
I am new to saltwater, my tanks (29g) is established, I had seahorses in this tank for around 3 months. I am seeing some sort of light brown algae (I guess that's an algae). I googled a lot but couldn't find any algae which looks like that. Want to know if this is something harmful to the tank and how to get rid of them. I have like 7 or 8 of these so far.
Thanks for your help in advance.

Welcome. That’s an aptasia anemone. They have to be either manually removed or killed with things like kalk paste. Plenty of threads here for getting rid of them

Welcome to R2R! Those are aptasia, and yes they are not welcome in reef tanks.
Thanks so much for the quick response. It's much easier for me to find a solution for this problem now.
As I am new to this forum as well, just wanted to check if I need to create a new thread for another issue- seeing some tiny bugs and not sure if I need to get rid of them as well?

Look up amphipods and munnid isopods. If that’s what you have, they’re harmless.

Unfortunately there are lots of tiny bugs that show up in our tanks. Can you take a picture?
Here is a couple of pics. I can upload video as well if the pics are not clear. Thanks
