What type of algae is this

What type of algae is this and what can be used to get rid. Rather not use any dosing or chemicals rather use natural mean

Well they changes the pictures size requirements so I can't really post good pics

Looks like hair algae to me. Might be high nitrates or phosphates. Too much light. What are your parameters? Type of lightning?

It's actually my father's tank but he only runs his lights for 6 hours a day for the last month and he does 10g weekly water changes
