What type of algae is this

I just started this tank sometime ago this is not my first tank but I consider myself still new to the Hobby skip the cleanup crew which I'm going to be adding the clean up crew before the end of this week and I'm trying to identify this algae growing on the rock is there anything I can do as of now to help stop the growth
