What type of algae is this ??

Hi !
I’ve recently had a reoccurring issue with this specific type of algae . Keeps coming back and taking over the whole tank. What is this?? What is causing this? Thank you!

Maybe Cladophoropsis:
 
Blue circle - cyanobacteria
Yellow circle - rhizome with hairs, Caulerpa grows like this
Red circle - looks like flat blades, but not very clear, Caulerpa maybe

Reef tanks are perfect environments for growing algae. Unless the algae is constantly grazed or pulled out, it accumulates to visible amounts quite quickly. Sea urchins and snails are commonly used to graze down algae.
