I have been looking online but can’t seem to narrow it down. I’m sure I have dinos but not sure what the green algae is.

It looks like your tank is coming along in it's cycle. This stuff will disappear on its own with normal water changes and maintenance. It looks like a bit of green hair algae, maybe some slimy green cyano. If it were my tank, I would just wait it out, maybe reduce the lighting intensity or time the lights are on while continuing general maintenance, removing as much as I can here and there during water changes.

Thanks! I’m not sure the PAR but I have two Radion XR15’s G6 pro and on the app I have light intensity at 30% so it’s not too strong. During water changes I don’t sift the sand much since I have a goby that’s good and I have a lot of sand sifting snails.
