what type of Algae?

I really need a bit of advice about this algae , I have 4ft tank which is relatively new, I had issues with all sort of algae. managed to get hold on of sea hare, with the matter of couple weeks most of the hair algae disappeared , but now Im battling this one , looks like flaky, lettuce shape.
any help how to get rid would be appreciated.

Oh dear, didnt want to hear ulva , what is the best possible way to get rid of this stubborn algae? I have urchin and sea hare, which they aint interested.
