I found these on an online auction starting at 1 jpy (or around 1 usd cent I think).

Top one looks to be a platinum percula bottom looks like a black snowflake to me

What's their usual price?
and
Is it possible to keep them in a 6 gallon with decent filtration and HOB refugium?

$30-75 USD is what I see them for. All clowns need at least 20 gallons of swimming room for 1 clownfish. If you get a pair you need 30 gallons of swimming room. This is to defuse any aggression between them.
The rope one looks more like a Wyoming white clownfish. The bottom has some blue which makes me think it’s a frostbite clown. It’s a morph beyond your ordinary snowflakes.
I have a pair of clowns coming I payed $90 USD per fish.(these are the jewels of my 150 gallon tank!)

Those are some nice clowns which could go for anywhere between 1cent (apparently) and 90 usd. I would say both are ocellaris and top one would probably be a frostbite while the bottom one is a grade b black snowflake as two of the blotches/stripes are connected, rather than all separate (c) or all combined (a). Six gallons would be a bit tight, I would say the least would be a 10-15 gallon given that they don’t look to be enormous (but they will grow quite big when they mature). For sure a nice pair of clowns and at a fantastic price.

Ok..
I guess that pair of clowns are a steal
Any other suggestions for fish for my 6 gallon cube?
I currently have a lot of softies and some easy SPS like monties.

Well, the 1 cent price tag is the starting price for the pair so I think it's going to increase quite quickly after this or maybe a lucky person gets them for less than a dollar.

For a tank that small, I recommend getting fish that don't get very big and don't need much room to swim. Small gobies, like a citron or yasha, are probably your best bets.
