What type of crab is this?

I found him stuck underneath of Favia colony. Possibly a strawberry crab? But doesn't really fit the full characteristics. He is about half the size of my pinky nail, does anybody know what he is?

Yeah I'm wondering if it gets any bigger? What type it is? And if it's harmful for my reef tank or not?
