Not sure what type of fish as it got re homed with the new tank.... it won't eat and is a little sick, TIA

Yes, is does look sick and stressed.
It looks like a sergeant major damsel fish. They are very aggressive and get large for damsels.
Maybe @Humblefish can help you make this fish better.

Thanks, we are currently helping it get better, the tank it came from
Was in rough shape and the owner didn't have a lot of education on reef keeping. Thanks for the reply.

It's eating now.... just didn't like the pellets that we had.
