What type of goby is this??

can anyone identify this goby. Pardon the quality i just did some rearranging of the rocks and finally got a glimpse of it. The goby has a neon blue under fin and was paired with my tiger pistol shrimp they got seperated it the process of moving the rocks around. Also does anyone know when or how it will find the shrimp again??

I answered my question about them re pairing hes already coming back. And the goby does have lil blue dots on him
