What type of Hermit Crab is this?

What type of hermit crab is this and is it reef safe? I ordered pre-quarantined fish and invertebrates from Dr. Reefs Quarantined Fish and the image of the hermit crabs looked like blue-legged hermits which are supposed to be reef safe. The ones I received do not seem to be the same as the ones pictured. See attached picture of a Hermit Crab in a stolen Turbo Snail shell (new empty shells have been added to the DT since the murder/theft).

It looks like a yellow tip hermit, they are reef safe.
